In our lives, there are more days filled with sadness than days that bring us happiness. At the end of our difficult day, we need someone who will listen to us. A person who listens with genuine interest, without uttering a word, when we speak about everything that happened during the day, is called a magical person. Such people are able to stay composed and maintain their dignity, without letting their tears stain their shining hearts. The words of such a person can bring comfort to someone else. They know the magic of planting flowers in the heart that is cracked like stone. A person who helps you get up when you fall apart is a great support in one's life. Such magical people should never be removed from your life............💓

  The bond between a father and his daughter is truly a unique bond. The first person to love me in my life is my father. Just as a daughter's first love is her father, a father's last love is his daughter. The only man who will be there for a girl's life without expecting any rewards is her father.  After my Ordinary Level examination, I moved to a new school for Advanced Level studies. Honestly, that was something I didn't expect. I wanted to study with my friends at my old school.  But since my mother got a transfer to a new school, I had to go to that school as well. On the first day at that school, I felt very sad. I didn't even have a friend to talk to. They were all with their own friends. My friends from the old school came to my mind a lot at that moment. Although they didn't talk to me at first, later on, they started talking to me. It has now been five years of friendship with the friend who first talked to me. Both of us got selected for the University of visual and performing arts in Colombo. To come here, both of us received a lot of help from our families. I have many things I like to do in my free time. One of them is watching movies. I mostly like watching adventure movies. Among them, my favorite movie is "Pirates of the Caribbean","Avatar", "The school for good and evil"," Beauty and the beast", "The BFG", "Jack the giant slayer", "Maleficent", "Dora and the lost city of the gold", "The lost city", "Journey" ," Jungle".  I also like watching Korean dramas. Similarly, I also like reading novels. Some of the food I make, there are times when even the dog at home wouldn't eat it.  I also really like listening to songs. Some songs have a deeper meaning than we think. I also enjoy activities like going hiking, walking in distant places, staying at the beach, and looking at the sky at night........ 💓

  The thing I like to do in my free time is reading books. Sometimes, while reading books, it feels like we are living within the stories. Those storybooks are that realistic. The worlds people create in storybooks are very imaginative. They are so beautiful that you feel like living in them. Some characters described in books are so lovable that you wish they truly existed. I really love to read mystery novels. In some stories, the mysteries are solved through small clues and investigations. By the end of the story, the culprit turns out to be someone we never even suspected. As you read the book, the curiosity about what will happen next increases the desire to keep reading even more. Among the mystery books I like to read, I prefer Sherlock Holmes' books the most.   One of my favorite things is spending time at the beach in the evening.  It's such a unique feeling. As the sun sinks into the distant horizon, the sky is painted with patterns in beautiful, unique colors that can’t be created from any palette. To this day, I still can’t figure out how those colors and patterns are created. When I was young, whenever I wrote essays about the evening, I described it as " The enchanting,   spellbound dusk ." My school teachers would underline those words with a big red line. But was it wrong? I still wonder. When I see a ship far away, so distant that you can’t imagine going there, I still feel like waving and shouting, just like I did when I was little.     I am missing you so much Amma . For the past 21 years I was with you and I can't believe that I suddenly lost in a lonely place without you . Yes, First I thought I can do it but after two, three days I realized this life isn't easy that much.  People here are like robots. By looking at their face I can feel their hardness like when I get on the bus some are sleeping , some are scrolling their phones and some are look frustrated . They never try to give a little smile like if they smile. Some one clutching their bags like they have diamonds in them. Someone sitting on the bus does not even take the bag as a favor to someone.  I can't even breath because there are huge buildings almost everywhere this city is just cement and concrete. No matter how much the workers clean the city of Colombo and do beautification work, Colombo is not beautiful. where I beautiful in a place blocked by buildings. But Village is not like that .   Chariot path is the one of the most favorable places that I like to embrace. This roadway is also known as the chariot path of king Rawana. Usually journey is starting from a small village named as "Perattasi" located in the NuwaraEliya district. There is about 3 km to travel in the hike. One of the most beautiful waterfall named "Geradi Ella" is located in this "Perattasi" village. Chariot path is the coolest mountain peak in Sri Lanka. There are lot of legendary stories based on this Chariot path. According to the legends, king Rawana and queen Seetha has travelled along this path on a chariot. That is why this path was named as "Chariot path". People say that queen Seetha was taken by king Rawana through tunnel in the Chariot path. But it is still a mystery. In a long-distance relationship, patience and sacrifices made for the other person are essential. Only those who are in such a relationship truly understand how much patience is required. When they leave for work in the morning, it’s early dawn for me. By the time they have lunch, it’s the time I wake up in the morning. The time we have to talk is just a very brief moment. Within that short time, we share everything that happened during the day. In a long-distance relationship, trust is something that must absolutely exist. People say that loving from a distance is beautiful, but to truly feel how painful it is, the person you love must go far away. Those who love from a distance are the ones who feel the true value of love the most.  Before the person you love comes close, how much people must long to embrace with their eyes, hold hands, and count the moments.......💓😘

 Freedom is an essential necessity for people. When freedom is lost, people become mentally distressed and even go insane. Not only should you work, but you should also set aside a little time for yourself. You should have time to talk freely with your family and enjoy happy moments with them. That is what freedom truly means. We need to set aside some time for ourselves to free our minds from the burdens, even if just for a little while. During a rainy moment, sipping a hot cup of tea while watching the rain. I absolutely love that. Honestly, it brings great relief to the mind. Similarly, going for a walk, climbing mountains, building a campfire, and staying inside a tent—that is what freedom truly means. Singing songs, dancing, and having fun with friends—that's how I truly see freedom. People who are constantly trapped in work definitely need this kind of freedom......💓💨

  My mother asked me to come and help with the drill demonstration practice   for the inter-house sports festival at the school where she teaches. So, I went and gave my support to those training activities. Truly, it is a task with a lot of responsibilities. The students at the school warmly welcomed me.  The first thing we did with the dance teachers at the school was discuss under which theme we would proceed. Under the theme we selected, we created beautiful movement patterns together with the teachers. After that, we started training the students selected for the performance. Those students gave their support for me to carry my work forward. They were very friendly with me. Both the teachers and the parents helped in designing the costumes needed for our work. We received the support of the school principal and the entire teaching staff. With the support of my mother, the school's teachers, and all the students, we beautifully presented the  drill demonstration....

The first and largest book exhibition I attended was the one held at BMICH this time. Before this, I had never been to BMICH. Neither had my friends. Since it wasn’t far from the campus, we decided to walk there. After walking some distance with the map, we realized we had taken the wrong path. After that, we took a taxi and went to BMICH. From the entrance onward, there were book exhibition stalls of various publishers everywhere. The two of us started from the beginning and visited every single book exhibition stall. Seeing the crowd at the book exhibition, the only thing I wondered was whether so many people actually read books. There were many people there with their family, loved ones, and friends, and they were carefully choosing books. The two of us spent more than three hours walking around the book section, from here to there. In the end, after carefully choosing the books we liked, we bought them, had lunch, and then headed back to the hostel..............💓📚
